Educated in Northern Ireland and the US, David is a Chartered Energy Engineer with over twenty years public and private sector energy engineering experience, including five years as the Carbon Trust’s Northern Ireland Programme Delivery Manager. His areas of speciality include; energy policy and strategy, metering monitoring and targeting, and solutions development.
